Andover Bank will never use a third party or automated system to contact customers and ask for personal information, pin numbers, or account numbers. A phishing attack is fraud where by a group randomly calls local numbers attempting to gain personal information. If you suspect fraud report this information to Andover Bank immediately at 888-343-2200 during normal work hours. After hours, if you suspect your card information was compromised call 800-325-3678, lost/stolen cards.
