At Andover Bank, you can apply for a Debit MasterCard and enjoy the convenience of using your debit card to make purchases anywhere MasterCard is accepted. It’s not a credit card because purchases are deducted directly from your checking account. You can use your Debit MasterCard to get cash at any of our over 25,000 surcharge free MoneyPass ATM’s, and also use it to shop wherever you see the MasterCard logo. When you shop with your Debit MasterCard, the amount, date, and place where you used it will appear on your statement. To apply for your Debit MasterCard, ask an Andover Bank customer service representative.

If you suspect your card has been lost or stolen, notify us immediately by calling (440) 293-7605. For after-hours support, call 1-800-472-3272, Option 2 to block your card. You may also contact Mastercard or Visa directly to report your card lost or stolen. Call 1-800-325-3678
Debit Card Fraud
If you suspect fraud on your debit card, notify us immediately by calling us at (440) 293-7605. If it is after hours, you can put a block on your card by calling 1-800-472-3272 (option 2). You may also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you as soon as possible to begin an investigation.
For additional security while making online debit card purchases, register your card for Mastercard Securecode.
