- Open your Web browser and log on to the Internet.
- Enter our URL (Web address) in the Address or Location window of your Web browser.
- Click on the icon, button, or text that gives you access to your online account.
- Enter the User ID that you selected when you registered for the service. If you have selected a personal image and text, verify that your image and text are displayed. Seeing your image and name will let you know that you are at our real site and not a fake or fraudulent site. This means it is safe to enter your password. If the correct image and name do not appear, do not enter your password and contact us immediately. After entering your password, click on the “Log In” button. A list of your accounts or a list of transactions will be displayed.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the Log In page. This will guide you through the steps of resetting your password.
